Lee Hornberger is an arbitrator, mediator, and hearing officer. He does virtual arbitrations and mediations. His practice includes being an arbitrator in labor and employment arbitrations. He has a national practice doing private and public sector labor arbitrations.

He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. He is a Diplomate Member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals; and a member of the Professional Resolution Experts of Michigan (PREMi).
